My name is Steven Cuthbert, Personal Trainer and Head Coach at Primal Gym, Leeds. If you are interested in strength training, increasing your muscle mass, losing fat or generally just being a bad-ass, then you’re in the right place.
I believe strength training should be inclusive for everyone, not just big lifters, and can lead to positive impacts on peoples lives outside of the gym. Watching clients start out thinking they can’t, and seeing their reaction when they do, is awesome. Everyone has their own starting point and I love to help people progress in strength, and confidence. Making ordinary people do the extraordinary is why I do what I do.
I’ve gained great knowledge and experience throughout my education and career, having had the opportunity to work closely with industry professionals from various areas of sports and fitness. Whether you are have been training for years, or a complete beginner, my aim is to share this knowledge and experience with you wherever you are, and help you achieve your goals.
