I like to think of strength training as problem solving. Looking at what’s worked in the past, what hasn’t worked and then looking how to improve going forward.
By reviewing previous training, the last week of training and the last block of training, you can find signposts of where you can improve certain lifts.
In this video I’ll show you the sign posts you can look for to let you know where the weakness may be in your squat, as well as some exercises that may help improve your squat.
